(1) It is a requirement by the Korean Customs authority that your full name and personal custom clearance code may be requested for customs clearance. Effective from 01 Dec 2020, no passport or ID card numbers are accepted, except for foreign nationals, whereby their alien registration number or passport number is also valid. You can view the relevant information at https://p.customs.go.kr/

(2) Our courier partner, Lotte logistics, will contact you via Kakaotalk or SMS to arrange the collection of the information in order to deliver products to you.

(3) For orders shipping to Korea, VAT will be incurred if your order exceeds USD 150, OR includes a perfume item above 60ml or more than two bottles of perfume items, OR includes functional cosmetics, e.g. anti-wrinkle, whitening products, etc, which is prepaid by the customer and non-refundable.
